These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the abv8 platform (https://abv8.biz) and all its services. abv8 is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users across multiple countries worldwide.

Each person may hold only one abv8 account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.

You are personally responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, please notify our support team immediately.

Abv8 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process:

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The verification process is fully secure and your information remains protected.

Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming activities on abv8 are governed by specific rules. All game outcomes depend on a fair RNG system or live events.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, abv8 reserves the right to void that round.
• For Sports Betting, the odds at the time a bet is placed are final, regardless of any subsequent changes
• Abv8 reserves the right to correct or void any erroneous odds or gaming results
• Any attempt to win through match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in account closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abv8. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against abv8
• Systematic attempts at arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
